I get to tell you that Stick to Drifting Round 3 will be back in Stroud Oklahoma on July 27th. If you missed out on the all the Pro Am Drifting in April of this year then you have one more chance to make it out. In April, there were over 400 Spectators, and 20 drivers competing for $7000 in cash prizes and 40 drivers showed up to Drift with the Pro Am Drivers on a course laid out by Mike Peters. The Red River Shoot Out was a hit the course was tight and presented a challenge to every driver. This is your chance to cheer on your favorite local drivers as they battle it out for the top spots. You also have the chance to compete by registering at http://www.sticktodrifting.com/register.html and just fill out the form, then simply pay $75 at the gate. If you do not register it will cost you $25 bucks more at the gate. If you just want to drift with the Pro Am drivers during practice and after the event is over, then it will cost you $35 to do that.

Join Stick to Drifting and Friction Motorsports as we host round three in Stroud Oklahoma.

Track was very technical this go-round, with only me in attendance, and only for "fun runs". The trophy remains un-challenged!

This is going to be awesome! We've got local drifting, judged competition with professional and semi-pro drifters, a car show, vendor booths, and cupcakes to buy. I'll be drifting... what about you?

For those of you that went to Texas on March 9th you got to see some amazing drifting and experience what it's like to truly compete in judged event. Well now it's our turn to have the home court advantage. Stick to Drifting and Friction Motorsport will hold Round 2 in Stroud Oklahoma on April 20th. I understand that we have NOS on hand as the primary sponsor, Spartan Motorsports, Complete Auto (changing tires) and Terrie Estes Morris, mother of Cody Morris. She will be on hand with a cupcake sale raising money for Cody's foundation. I also understand that several car groups will be on hand for a car show that day and the track will be open for our local drifters.

If you want to compete in Class B, all you need to do to your car is get a metal tip fire extinguisher and a kill switch mounted under the hood were the wipers are located. This will allow track officials to kill the car in the event of a problem.

Class A. 100.00 at the event.
Class B. 100.00 at the event.
Drifting for the day 30.00 You will get to drive with the competitors.
Spectators 10.00
10X10 booth for venders 100.00
10X20 booth is 150.00
Car show entry is 20.00

Event times will be posted in the next week. However this will go on till dark.
