Carter's Engine Replacement would like to invite everyone out to our first dyno day of the year, Saturday May 12 (11am-5pm). Our dyno is a 2010 Dynojet 224x that can test RWD or FWD vehicles. A dyno session consist of 3 pulls and a print out of the results. The print out will show air fuel ratio, torque, and horsepower. This event is open to all clubs, cars, and trucks. Along with dyno runs we will be cooking hotdogs and hamburgers. These events have always been a blast to host. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Requirements:
Signed waiver (at the event)
Good tires
No excessive fluid leaks
Remove any bumpers, valences, etc that may interfere with strapping the car down.
RWD or FWD


Payment:
$40 Pre-registered. You can register on paypal by donating to banderboots@yahoo.com or at Carters Engine Replacement until Friday May 11th.
$50 at the door.

That ls1 is so smooth!  What I'm really impressed with is that table top torque of the HR.  Interesting to see where the HR dropped off power wise.  I'd be really interested to see how the DE graph looks. 

Why was the Miata done in mph instead of rpm?

Why was the Miata done in mph instead of rpm?

They couldn't get a reliable coil reading so they couldn't base his HP off of RPM's. It's also why he didn't get a torque reading.

Also... my best run was my last (the green line)... and I pulled my old, clogged air filters out for that one. I pulled 3-5hp to the wheels by just having more free flowing air! I need to get me some K&N's.
